EHCO was founded in 2021 as a minority, woman-owned consulting firm. Our team brings more than 30 years of combined expertise across academia, research, business intelligence, and marketing. We have served at prestigious organizations including Fortune 10, federal government, R1 research universities, enterprise-level associations, and global agencies.

EHCO's work began in healthcare with BlueRock Care, supporting healthy aging initiatives through community outreach and marketing strategy. It has since expanded to complex, large-scale environments including global and federal institutions. Our growth reflects a consistent belief: when decisions are grounded in evidence and informed by lived experience, impact follows.
